Meals
Meal Service Breakfast and lunch are served buffet style in our open air dining area.
Breakfast is served from 8:00 am to 10:30 am.
Lunch from 12:30 pm to 3:00 pm.
Dinner from 7:30 pm to 10:00 pm and a Midnight snack is available from 12:00 am to 1:00 am.
For dinner there is a choice of Pastafari (Italian restaurant) 6:30 pm to 1:00 am (reservations can be made at the front desk), or buffet style in the main dining area.
There are 2 beach grills, one located on the main beach and one on the second beach. Both grills open at 11:30 am to 5:00 pm. McRobert's Grill on the nude beach is a must before dinner for Omar's Jerked chicken (usually around 6 pm...)
Bars
All 6 bars on the property are stocked with premium brand bar drinks.
The Pool Bar is open from 10:00am to 1:00 am
Beach Bars (one located on the nude beach) are open from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
Piano Bar is open from 6:00 pm to 2:00 am
Disco Bar is open from 11:00 pm to 5:00 am or until the last guest leaves.
A big "thermal mug" for your drinks is a must.
The bar at the disco is not known for it's service and is usually crowded, so a better bet would be to go up to the main bar....
The only beer that is available is Red Stripe.
Try a Ting (a carbonated grapefruit drink), very refreshing and a break from the alcohol....or add some vodka to it... :)
Activities
(Includes the use of all sports equipment and facilities with instruction.)
Watersports: Sunfish sailing, water-skiing, snorkeling, glass-bottom boat rides, windsurfing school, kayaks, scuba diving. For scuba diving, one has to be certified; if not, a resort scuba course is available.
Landsports: Badminton, shuffleboard, basketball, volleyball, bicycles, table tennis
Squash (2 air-conditioned courts & an instructor), clinics daily. Tournaments on Wednesdays.
Tennis: 6 tennis courts, lit for night play, with resident pros. Clinics twice daily. Tournaments on Tuesday and Thursdays.
Beaches/Pools
Private beach which is divided into two sections, of which one is for nude bathing with a nude hot tub capable of holding large numbers of people....(A social gathering place...). A large freshwater swimming pool with spacious sundeck and hot tub is situated close to the main entertainment area. (much smaller than the nude tub...)
Fitness Center: Stationary bicycles, stair climbing machine and a rower along with Nautilus equipment and complete weight room with instructor. Aerobic classes 5 times per week.
Circus Workshop: The circus workshop features flying and swinging trapeze, trampoline clinics, juggling, tightrope walking, unicycle, and bicycle balancing acts. Available Sunday to Friday.
Special Activities Weeknights
Discotheque is open nightly from 11:00 pm to 5:00 am.
Veronica's Piano Bar for a relaxed atmosphere. Pianist plays from 9:30 pm to 2:00 am. Karaoke 10:00 pm Mondays and Tuesdays. !

Live entertainment each night. A band performs from 8:30 pm to 12:30 each night (except Fridays) in Dining/Entertainment area. Showtime is from 9:30 pm to 10:30 pm each night.

There are phones in the bedrooms. House phones are located in the lobby. They charge a $3.00 access fee for credit card calls. If you bill the calls to your room the rate is "about" $10.00/min. In order to make outside calls you have to leave a deposit or credit card imprint at the front desk. Cell phones (with a US Carrier) will not work. Calls are expensive and can easily range in the $30/10 minute area...
Boutique, duty free shop, logo shop (Hedo merchandise) and sundries shop located on premises. There is a shopping area in the town of Negril which is 5 miles away. Local crafts available at the club in select areas where the vendors set up displays.
The hotel offers complimentary weddings which includes wedding cake, champagne, marriage license, non-denominational marriage officer and flowers. Witnesses are provided on request. All the necessary paperwork is handled by the resort. They require one working week's notice to complete the formalities. You are required to be in Jamaica 48 hours before the ceremony can be performed.
Transfers from and to the Montego Bay airport are included in rate. Return flights to your home city are confirmed by the Reservations Department. Tim Air and Air Negril offer flights (15 minutes) between Montego Bay and Negril for $60 pp each way. Arrangements for this can be made with your travel agent. Light aircraft charters also available. Air transportation is not included in rates.
Outlets are wired for 110V, 50 cycles. The rooms have an iron, hairdryer, CD player and coffeemaker.
